Pastoral Worker
Pastor Carol serves as a pastoral staff. She loves reading and enjoys teaching the WORD of God.
She likes to share the gospel wherever she goes and she enjoys discipling and journeying with those who desire to deepen their relationship with God. She currently leads our Youth, Young Adults (YA) and FIT (NS) ministries.

Pastor Ting serves as a pastoral staff in the Mandarin congregation.
He loves people and has a passion in building lives. Lighthearted humour is his signature even when teaching and preaching the Word of God

Prisca, our longest serving staff has been here since the time St Andrew’s City Church was birthed.

PASTOR CHIA KUM MENG
Pastoral Worker
Pastor Kum Meng serves as a pastoral staff. His passion is to know Christ and help others to grow and exercise their spiritual gifts.
He enjoys a good fellowship with people over food. He loves singing and is also an ardent Liverpool fan.
Pastor Chia oversees our Cell and Children ministries.
